1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InfiniVoucher platform and the One4All Engine (collectively, the "Service"), provided by infiix LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is strictly for B2B (Business-to-Business) usage.
2. B2B Services and API Limits
The Service provides wholesale access to digital goods and gaming vouchers via an automated API and dashboard. You agree to adhere to all API rate limits and technical guidelines documented in our API specifications. Excessive polling, unauthorized scraping, or circumventing technical limits may result in immediate account termination.
3. Account Termination Rules
infiix LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and API access for reasons including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, non-payment, breach of upstream provider terms, or any action that compromises the integrity of our platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent resale.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, infiix LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of an API integration.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
